Refund Policy.

We want paying for Anvil to feel fair. Here's how refunds work.

Anvil Pro

• You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your dashboard. You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused days of a month, except where the law requires it.
• If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund it.

Credit packs

• Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with the date of the purchase.
• Once some of a pack's credits have been used, we can refund the unused share.
• Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Window resets

A 5-hour window reset takes effect immediately, so it can't be refunded once applied, unless it was charged by mistake.

If something went wrong

If Anvil was down or an AI feature didn't work for a long stretch while you were paying for Pro, tell us. We'll look at each case and may refund or add credits.

How to ask

Contact support@thultz.dev with your GitHub username and what you'd like refunded. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
